Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, training, and transformational leadership on the work discipline of CV Cemerlang Jaya employees. The object of this research is all employees who work at Cv. Cemerlang Jaya. This research was conducted on 100 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size uses a saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is the structural equation model (SEM) with the Smart PLS analysis tool. Therefore, the results of this research state that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, training has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, and transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline at CV Cemerlang Jaya. Keywords: Motivation, Training, Leadership, Work Discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, pelatihan dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan CV Cemerlang Jaya. Objek penelitian ini adalah seleuruh karyawan yang bekerja pada Cv. Cemerlang Jaya.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif Kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran semple menggunakan teknik sample jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi . Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah StructuralEquation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart Pls. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja , pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh postif ddan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja di CV Cemerlang Jaya.
