Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of dicipline, workload and motivation on employee performance at PT Multi Kencana Niagatama. The object of this research is the employees who work at PT Multi Kencana Niagatama. This research was conducted on 45 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination Determination of the sample size using a saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that work dicipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Dicipline, Workload, Work Motivation Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, beban kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Multi Kencana Niagatama. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Multi Kencana Niagatama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 45 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan Teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Displin Kerja, Beban Kerja, Motivasi Kerja
