Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership styles, work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment as intervening variables at PT. Indositem Auto Solution. The object of this research was conducted on the employees of PT. Solutions Indositem Otomat.. Using saturated samples as a sampling technique, 77 respondents were obtained. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the variable Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect. Work Motivation on Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, the Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and insignificant effect. Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and insignificant effect. And Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and insignificant effect. This is evidenced by the results of the validity, reliability and hypothesis testing results that show two significant values and three insignificant values from the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords : Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisi Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT. Solusi Indositem Otomat. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT. Solusi Indositem Otomat. Dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sebagai teknik penentuan sampel, sehingga diperoleh 77 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis (PLS) Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Motivasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Motivasi Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji validitas, reliabilitas dan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan dua nilai signifikan dan tiga nilai tidak signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesis.
