Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of personality, level of education, work experience on employee work performance. The population in this study was 65 employees. The seals used were 15 employees, the sample withdrawal method used the saturation sampling technique (saturation). The data collection method uses survey method, with the determination instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of analyzing the characteristics of respondents using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) and data analysis methods using Partial Least Square (PLS). This research proves that personality has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance. The level of education has no significant effect on employee work performance. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance. Keywords: Personality, Education Level, Work Experience, Work Achievement Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 karyawan. Sempel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 15 karyawan, metode penarikan sempel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (jenuh). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan intrumen penetilian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis karakteristik responden menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) dan metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepribadian, Tingkat Pendidikan, Pengalaman Kerja, Prestasi Kerja
