Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work engagement, workload and organizational climate on employee performance. The subjects of this research are permanent employees who work at PT. Autorent Smoothly Prosperous. This study uses a causal approach. This study uses a saturated sample by taking the entire population, as many as 60 respondents. The data collection method used a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method is Structural EquationModel-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of Smart-PLS software. Based on the hypothesis test in this study, the results of the T-statistical value of 1.141 and the original sample value of 0.135 The T-statistical value is more than the T-table value of 1.96 and the original sample value shows a positive value, these results indicate that Work Engagement has a positive and insignificant effect. on Employee Performance Keywords : Work Engagement, Workload and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Work Engagement, Beban Kerja Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja di PT. Autorent Lancar Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kausalitas. Penelitian ini menggunkan sampel jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi, sebanyak 60 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data adalah Structural EquationModel-Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) dengan bantuan software Smart-PLS. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil nilai T- statistik sebesar 1.141 dan nilai original sample sebesar 0.135 Nilai T-statistik lebih dari nilai T-table 1.96 dan nilai original sample menunjukkan nilai positif, hasil ini menunjukan bahwa Work Engagement berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kata Kunci : Work Engagement, Beban Kerja Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
