Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the effect of gender, work stres and work environment on performance. The object of this research is the educational staff at the Faculty of Mercu Buana University. The research method used in this research is causal research. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the gender variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, with a T-statistic value of 4.040, original sample 0.453, P Values 0.000. The work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, with a T-statistic value of 4.291 , original sample of 0.439, and P Values of 0.000. The work environment variable has a positive and insignificant effect on performance with a T-statistic value of 1.612, original sample 0.174, and P Values 0.108.. Keywords: gender, work stres, work environment and employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gender, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan tetap Fakultas Universitas Mercu Buana sebanyak 60 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) ver 3.0. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variable gender berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan nilai T-statistic 4.040, original sample 0.453, P Values 0.000. Variable stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan nilai T-statistic 4.291 , original sample 0.439, dan P Values 0.000. Variable lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai T-statistic 1.612, original sample 0.174, dan P Values 0.108.
