Abstract
The purpose of this research was to test the impact of incentive system towards job satisfaction at restaurant X in all branches of South Tangerang. The number of subjects used in this research was 66 people designed by using purposive sampling technic. The data was collected by using a measuring instrument called Job Satisfaction Scale and Insentive Scale through an online questionnaire system. Each scale had reliability as much as 0.903 for the job satisfaction 0,908 Incentive Scale . The research method a quantitative study using a regression analysis techniques, after testing the two variables, the determinated coefficient value or R squared is a 0,625 which shows that incentives influence the job satisfaction of restaurant X employees in all branches of the South Tangerang area. Keywords: job satisfaction, incentives, employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sistem insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan restaurant X pada seluruh cabang Tangerang Selatan. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 66 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur skala kepuasan kerja dan pemberian insentif melalui sistem kuesioner online. Masing-masing memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0.908 untuk skala insentif dan 0.957, Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi, setelah dilakukan pengujian terhadap kedua variabel maka diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi atau R squared sebesar 0,625 yang menunjukkan bahwa insentif memberikan pengaruh kepada kepuasan kerja karyawan restaurant X seluruh cabang area Tangerang Selatan.
