Abstract

Kinibisa is an educational platform that present to accompany children of the nation in arranging the future assisted by an information provided such as Information of University, Information of Scholarship, Information of Profession and and other important information provided by Kinbisa to help educate the children of the nation. Kinibisa have a mission to Realize Competent Generation in Indonesia, with ease to access an information about Education. This research aims to increase a Brand Awareness and help Kinibisa to find the strategy or disseminating an information through designing Webinar Skills Education “Must Have Skills in the Digital Era’s” program. The theory used is the theory of rhetoric and event management’s concepts which design how the process of managing event carried out by a Public Relations and implemented through organizing webinar event to supporting Kinibisa increasing a Brand Awareness, supported by Public Relations theory, Special Event and Webinar. The method used in planning and organizing this webinar consist of a program preparation plan, program implementation plan, program completion plan, and a program reporting plan. The results showed that the initial plan was the determination of activity specifications and job descriptions and finding experienced and expert sources. Based on the results of research conducted by the designer in increasing Brand Awareness and assisting in the dissemination of Kinibisa information, through the organization of this webinar program, it provides benefits for generations in Indonesia to develop their abilities so that this program gets positive results and responses. Kinibisa merupakan platform penyedia informasi pendidikan yang hadir untuk menemani anak bangsa dalam menata masa depan dengan dibantu informasi yang disediakan seperti Informasi Universitas, Informasi Beasiswa, Informasi Profesi dan informasi penting lainnya yang disediakan oleh Kinibisa untuk membantu mencerdaskan anak bangsa. Kinibisa memiliki misi untuk Mewujudkan Generasi Kompeten di Indonesia, dengan adanya kemudahan untuk mengakses informasi tentang Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Brand Awareness dan membantu Kinibisa menemukan strategi untuk penyeberan informasi melalui penyelenggaraan program Event Webinar Skills Education “Must Have Skills in The Digital Era”. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori retorika dan konsep-konsep management event yang menggambarkan bagaimana proses pengelolaan event yang dilakukan oleh seorang Public Relations dan diterapkan melalui penyelenggaraan event webinar untuk mendukung Kinibisa dalam meningkatkan Brand Awareness, didukung dengan teori Public Relations, Special Event dan Webinar. Metode yang digunakan dalam perencanaan dan pengorganisasian webinar ini terdiri dari rencana persiapan program, rencana pelaksanaan program, rencana penyelesaian program dan rencana pelaporan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rencana awal yaitu penentuan spesifikasi kegiatan dan uraian tugas serta mencari sumber yang berpengalaman dan ahli. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penyelenggara dalam meningkatkan Brand Awareness dan membantu penyeberan informasi Kinibisa, melalui penyelenggaraan program kegiatan webinar ini memberikan manfaat bagi generasi di Indonesia dalam mengembangkan kemampuannya sehingga program ini mendapatkan hasil dan respon yang positif.
