Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational justice, organizational communication, and work environment on employee performance (Study on Employees at PT. Industrial Multi Fan). The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Industrial Multifan. This research was conducted on 70 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample so that all sample members were sampled as many as 70 employees. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The research design used causal associative research. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing which shows that the t-statistic value (3.704) > t-table value (1.96), the original sample value shows a positive value (0.334), P Values (0.000) indicate < (0.05). Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing which shows that the t-statistic value (4.420) > t-table value (1.96), the original sample value shows a positive value (0.488), P Values (0.000) indicates < (0.05). The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of the hypothesis test which shows that the t-statistic value (0.403) < ttable value (1.96), the original sample value shows a positive value (0.054), P Values (0.687) shows > (0.05). Based on the value of the coefficient of determination (R²) shows a value of 0.672 or 67.2%. This shows how the influence of organizational justice, organizational communication, and work environment on employee performance (Y) is 67.2% while the remaining 32.8% is influenced by other variables not examined. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi, komunikasi organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi pada Karyawan PT. Industrial Multi Fan). Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Industrial Multi fan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian asosiatif kausal. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-statistic (3.704) > nilai t-table (1.96), nilai original sampel menunjukkan nilai positif (0.334), P Values (0.000) menunjukkan < (0.05). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-statistic (0.403) < nilai t-table (1.96), nilai original sampel menunjukkan nilai positif (0.054), P Values (0.687) menunjukkan > (0.05). Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukan nilai sebesar 0,672 atau 67,2%. Hal ini mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keadilan organisasi, komunikasi organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah sebesar 67,2% sedangkan sisanya 32,8 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: Keadilan Organisasi, Komunikasi Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
