Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapanSistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) terhadap KinerjaOperasional melalui Kepuasan Pengguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Grup Hermina dengan responden dari karyawan Rumah Sakit Hermina. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Sampel yangdigunakan adalah 207 responden. Menurut tingkat eksplorasi, penelitian ini adalahtipe asosiatif kausal menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala diferensial semantik dan dianalisis menggunakan AMOS 24 Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIMRS memiliki efek positif padakepuasan pengguna. Kepuasan Pengguna memiliki efek positif pada kinerjaoperasional. HMIS mempengaruhi Kinerja Operasional secara tidak langsungmelalui Kepuasan Pengguna. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah hal utama danberguna dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, indikator yang disarankan danmenyediakan kerangka kerja konseptual untuk meningkatkan fitur SIMRS, melaksanakan pelatihan SIMRS, terus meningkatkan aliran sistem. Saran untukpenelitian lebih lanjut dengan menambahkan variabel, dimensi, dan indikator kemodel, sehingga memberikan hasil yang lebih fokus pada konsep teoritis. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan tiga variabel, yaitu SIMRS, Kepuasan Pengguna dan Kinerja Operasional, sementara ada banyak faktor lainyang mempengaruhi Kinerja Operasional. Kata kunci : SIMRS, kepuasan pengguna, kinerja operasional, Structural EquationModelling ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the implementation of theHospital Management Information System (HMIS) on Operational Performancethrough User Satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Hermina GroupHospital with respondents from the Hermina Hospital employees. Sampling uses apurpose sampling technique. The sample used was 207 respondents. According tothe level of exploration, this research is a causal associative type using aquestionnaire that is measured with a semantic differential scale and analyzedusing AMOS 24 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the studyshow that HMIS has a positive effect on user satisfaction. User Satisfaction has apositive effect on operational performance. HMIS influences Operational Performance indirectly through User Satisfaction. The implications in thisresearch are the main thing and useful in increasing knowledge, suggestedindicators and providing a conceptual framework for improving HMIS features, implementing HMIS training, continuously improving the system flow. Suggestionsfor further research by adding variables, dimensions, and indicators to the model, thus providing results that are more focused on theoretical concepts. Limitationsin this study are the use of three variables, namely HMIS, User Satisfaction andOperational Performance, while there are many other factors that affect Operational Performance.
