Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of leadership laissez faire, reward, and dicipline on employee productivity PT Muliaprima Packindo. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and carried out on 90 employees of PT Muliaprima Packindo. Data analysis in this study used assistance Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling where the data processing uses the program Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 3.0. The results of the analysis show that leadership laissez faire influential not significant on employee work productivity. Reward influential and significant on employee work productivity. Dicipline not significant on employee work productivity. Key word : Leadership Laissez Faire, Reward, Dicipline and Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan laissez faire (bebas), penghargaan (reward) dan kedisiplinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Muliaprima Packindo.. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 90 karyawan PT Muliaprima Packindo. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling di mana pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (PLS) Versi 3.0. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Laissez Faire (Bebas) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penghargaan (Reward) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kedisiplinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan.
