Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work motivation and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Respondents in this study were 40 respondents. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling, nonprobability sampling is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunity or opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. Data collection methods use the method of decision research (library research) and field research (field research). The data processing method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational behavior behavior, work motivation has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and the work environment has a positive effect on organizational behavior behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling, nonprobability sampling adalah teknik pengmbilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang atau kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penelitian keputusan (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field research). Metode pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citinzenship behavior, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenhsip behavior dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citinzenship behavior. Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, organizational citinzenship behavior.
