Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that affect the employee performance of Hotel Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada. This study was conducted against 65 respondents using an associative quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling. The results showed leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction of Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada Hotel employees, work stress negatively and significantly impacted employee job satisfaction of Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada Hotel employees, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada Hotel, leadership style had no and significant effect on the performance of employees of Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada Hotel, work stress negatively and significantly affects the performance of employees of Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada Hotel. Keywords: leadership style, work stress, job satisfaction, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan Hotel Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 65 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada, gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada.
