Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of conflict, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention of PT. Astra Aviva Life. The object of this research is a company that works at PT. Indonesian Reinsurance Monument. This research was conducted on 78 respondents using quantitative descriptive. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking population meetings. Suggestions used in this study are Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. Therefore the results of this study state that the variable job satisfaction is positive and significant towards turnover intentions, job satisfaction is negative and significant towards turnover intentions and organizational commitment is negatively and significantly related to turnover intentions at PT. Astra Aviva Life in the telemarketing division. Keywords: Role Conflict, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik peran, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention PT. Astra Aviva Life. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 78 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Astra Aviva Life di divisi telemarketing. Kata Kunci: Konflik Peran, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Turnover Intention
