Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, emotional intelligence, work stress on organizational commitment. The population in this study is the subject of research. All population included in the study subjects with a total of 32 people. The data collection method uses survey method, with a questionnaire research instrument. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square.This research proves that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and work stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Based on the original sample estimate of organizational culture is 0.261 emotional intelligence 0.715, work stress -0.289 with a significance below 0.5%. Keywords: Organizational culture, emotional intelligence, work stress, organizational commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan subjek penelitian. Semua populasi masuk ke dalam subjek penelitian dengan jumlah 32 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Metode analisis data meggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan nilai original sample estimete budaya organisasi adalah sebesar 0,261 kecerdasan emosional 0,715, stres kerja -0,289 dengan signifikansi dibawah 0.5%.
