Abstract
This research is know, influence prices service quality and promotion of customer satisfaction Go-jek.The research is causal research using hypothesis and use sampling techniques in the sample. Purposive Characteristic of the treatment respondents are respondents with age minimum ±20 years and using Go-jek. The research was conducted against 175 respondents using. quantitative descriptive approach Data analysis committed using pls 22. The result of multiple linear regression has known that the price, service quality and promotion are related or the correlation with customer satisfaction Keywords: Price, Quality of services Promotion, customer satisfaction Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Promosi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Go-jek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal dengan menggunakan hipotesis dan menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sampel. Karakteristik responden yang diteliti adalah responden dengan usia minimal ±20 tahun dan pernah menggunakan jasa Go-jek. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 175 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan PLS 22. Hasil dari regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Promosi mempunyai hubungan atau korelasi dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Kata kunci: Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan , Promosi, Kepuasan Pelanggan.
