Abstract
This study aims to analyzed the influence of leadership style, job environment and job stress on employee job satisfaction. The population that is used as the object in the study is the employees of PT. KSU Putra Anugrah Cemerlang. The Samples in this study used was 105 employees. The study sample for a population of 105 people and a confidence level of 95%. The sampling method uses Saturation Sampling. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that leadership style has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. The job environment has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Job Stress has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership Style, Job Environment, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian yaitu karyawan PT. KSU Putra Anugrah Cemerlang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah berjumlah 105 karyawan. Sampel penelitian untuk populasi 105 responden dan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja
