Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work concflicts and workloads on work stress. This research was conducted in Hotel Yasmin Karawaci (PT. Yasmin Anugerah Lestari). The object of this research is all employees of Hotel Yasmin Karawaci (PT. Yasmin Anugerah Lestari. This research was done to 40 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data processing is permormed by analysis in the form Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. The results of this research show that workloads is positive and significant towards the work stress. Work conflicts is not comparable with work stress. Related, the work conflicts received is low but the work conflicts is not necessery to improve work stress. Work conflicts and workloads 50,2% while 49,8% are discussed by other variables not approved in this model not explained in this study. Keywords : Work Conflicts, Workloads, And Work Stress Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja dan beban kerja, terhadap stres kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Yasmin Karawaci (PT. Yasmin Anugerah Lestari). Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Yasmin Karawaci (PT. Yasmin Anugerah Lestari). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 orang responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja karyawan Hotel Yasmin Karawaci (PT. Yasmin Anugerah Lestari). Konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Artinya, konflik kerja yang diterima adalah tinggi namun rendahnya konflik kerja tersebut tidak berdampak pada meningkatnya stres kerja. Konflik kerja dan beban kerja 50,2%, sedangkan 49,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model ini dan tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
