Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT ISS Indonesia Citibank Tower. This research was conducted on 40 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that the Work Discipline Variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT ISS Indonesia Citibank Tower. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
