Abstract
he aims of this research have to examine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Empowerment, and Perceived Organization Support on the Job Satisfaction. The object of this study is all employee of PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia Plant Rawa Dadap. The sample used in this research is all population, counted 40 respondents. Data collection methods using survey methods, with research instruments is a questionnaire. Data analysis methods uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool Smart-PLS 3. The research result shows that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Empowerment has positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Perceived Organization Support has positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Empowerment, Perceived Organization Support, and Job Satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Empowerment (Pemberdayaan karyawan), dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini meliputi semua karyawan PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia Plant Rawa Dadap. Sample dalam penelitian ini diambil dari semua populasi, terhitung 40 responden. Pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui metode survey, dengan kuesioner sebagai alat. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis aplikasi Smart-PLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Empowerment (Pemberdayaan) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Empowerment (Pemberdayaan), Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja.
