Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work life balance, work time demands and workload on employees at the Social Rehabilitation Center for People with Visual Senses Disabilities (BRSPDSN) Tan Minyat Bekasi. The research was carried out through written contributions in the form of direct research into the field which was then linked to the theory obtained in higher education and research results (journals) from previous experts: The number of respondents studied was saturated sampling, which was carried out on 75 (seventy five) respondents with using a quantitative descriptive approach. The approach used in this study is Component or Variance-Based Structural Equation Modeling where data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 program. PLS (Partial Least Square) is an alternative covariance model based on SEM. The results of this study are Work Life Balance, Time Demands Of Work, Workload has a significant positive effect on performance. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Time Demand, Workload, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh work life balance, time demands of work dan beban kerja terhadap pegawai di Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial bagi penyandang disabilitas sensorik netra (BRSPDSN) Tan Minyat Bekasi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui Konstribusi Tertulis yang berupa penelitian secara langsung ke lapangan yang selanjutnya dikaitkan dengan teori yang didapat secara di bangku kuliah serta hasil-hasil penelitian (jurnal) dari para ahli terdahulu: Adapun jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak sampeling jenuh, Itu dilakukan kepada 75 (tujuh puluh lima) responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan suatu program yang bernama Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. PLS (Partial Least Square) yaitu model alternative dari covariance based SEM. Hasi l penelitian ini adalah Work Life Balance, Time Demands Of Work, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja.
