Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline and leadership style on employee performance. Population in this research were employee of PT Mobilkom Telekomindo Jakarta. The sample used is 104 respondents, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research intrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This research proves that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant. Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Leadership Style, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Mobilkom Telekomindo Jakarta. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 104 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convinience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruuh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Karyawan
