Abstract

This research aim to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and work stress on employee turnover intentinon at PT Mitra Citra Mandari. The object for this research is all employees at PT Mitra Citra Mandari, South Tanggerang Area’s. This research was done to 50 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technicque use saturation sampling which all the population part are used. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis by analizing data through the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with the SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this research shows that partially, the variable of compensation and job satisfaction are effecting on employee turnover intention at PT Mitra Citra Mandari, meanwhile the variable of works stress are not effecting on employee turnover intention at PT Mitra Citra Mandari. Keywords: Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Work Stress, Employee Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada salah satu area dari PT. Mitra Citra Mandari. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Mitra Citra Mandari yang bekerja bagian cleaning service yang bertempat di area kerja Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi digunakan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan diolah dengan aplikasi Partial Least Square(PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT Mitra Citra Mandari, sedangkan variabel stress kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Mitra Citra Mandari. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention karyawan.
