Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the Effect of Work Environment, Job Stress and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction at PT DBS Indonesia Juanda Branch. The object of this research is employees at PT. DBS Indonesia Juanda Branch. This research was conducted on 48 respondents using quantitative descriptive methods. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, work environment variables, work stress and work motivation influence employee satisfaction at PT DBS Indonesia Juanda Branch. This is evidenced from the results of the simultaneous test F (Test F) and the results of the partial test (t test) also show a significant value of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the results of this research test state that there are simultaneous influences between work environment, work stress and work motivation affect employee satisfaction at PT DBS Indonesia Juanda Branch. Keywords: Work Environment, Job Stress, Work Motivation, Employee Satisfaction Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Stress Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT DBS Indonesia Cabang Juanda. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. DBS Indonesia Cabang Juanda. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 48 responden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel lingkungan kerja, stress kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan di PT DBS Indonesia Cabang Juanda. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan F (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara lingkungan kerja, stress kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan pada PT DBS Indonesia Cabang Juanda.
