Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of workload, compensation and transformational leadership on turnover intention at PT XYZ, this research is quantitative research. Population is all employees with permanent employee status. The probability collection techniqsue with the sample under study is 135 employees using the Slovin formula. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The t-test results for workload, compensation and transformational leadership variables and significant for turnover intention. The recommendations in this study are involving other factors that have a strong influence in forming turnover intention behaviors including job satisfaction, organizational commitment. Keywords: Workload, Transformational Leadership, Intention to move Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention di PT XYZ, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah semua karyawan dengan status karyawan tetap. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan probability dengan sampel yang diteliti adalah 135 karyawan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji-t untuk variabel beban kerja, kompensasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu melibatkan faktor-faktor lainnya yang memiliki pengaruh kuat didalam membentuk prilaku turnover intention diantaranya kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi.
