Abstract
This study aims to determine the influences of leadership style, organizational climate and motivation on employee performance at PT Zisra Dwi Jaya. This research design used a descriptive and quantitative approach. The population in this study are 55 employees at PT Zisra Dwi Jaya. This research uses saturated sampling technique taken from the entire population. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to obtain the required data. Data testing techniques include instrument test and classical assumption test. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, and interdimensional correlation analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.0 for Windows. The results showed that leadership style, organizational climate and motivation have a significant positive effect simultaneously on employee performance at PT Zisra Dwi Jaya. Leadership style has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Organizational climate has no effect on employee performance. Motivation has significant and positive effect on employee performance. Further research is suggested to add other variables that affect employee performance that has not been used, such as competence, compensation and organizational cultural with different research objects. Keywords: Leadership style, organizational climate, motivation, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Zisra Dwi Jaya. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 karyawan di PT Zisra Dwi Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang diambil dari seluruh populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Teknik pengujian data meliputi uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan analisis korelasi antar dimensi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Zisra Dwi Jaya. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menambahkan variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang belum digunakan, seperti kompetensi, kompensasi dan budaya organisasi dengan objek penelitian yang berbeda.
