Abstract
This study examines and analyzes the effect of perceived organizational support (POS), organizational culture, and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of employees in PT Sokonindo Automobile. This research was conducted on 104 employee respondents who were involved in several division. The research methodology used a quantitative analysis method with multiple linear regression equation analysis tools using SPPS version 26. The empirical findings of the research show that perceived organizational support (POS) has a positive and significant influence to build OCB among employees in PT Sokonindo Automobile. This effect is much langer and more significant than organizational culture and motivation which also has a positive and significant influence to build OCB. The results of this study imply the organizations that continue to provide support to their employess, have harmonious and friendly organizational culture will make employees more enthusiastic (motivated) at work and believe in the organization which will make employees have high loyality and voluntarily do work beyond the normal description work (OCB). Keywords: Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Organizational Culture, work Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support (POS), budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) karyawan PT Sokonindo Automobile. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 104 responden karyawan yang tersebar di beberapa divisi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 26. Temuan empiris dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support (POS) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam membentuk OCB di lingkungan karyawan PT Sokonindo Automobile. Efek ini jauh lebih besar dan lebih signifikan daripada budaya organisasi dan motivasi yang juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam pembentukan OCB. Hasil penelitian ini menyiratkan bahwa organisasi yang yang terus memberikan dukungan kepada karyawannya, memiliki budaya organisasi yang selaras dan bersahabat akan membuat pekerja semakin bersemangat (motivasi) dalam bekerja serta percaya pada organisasi yang akan membuat karyawan memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi dan dengan sukarela mengerjakan pekerjaan melebihi deskripsi pekerjaan normal (OCB).
