Abstract

Employee performance is a determinant of the progress or decline of a company, employee performance is influenced by several factors including compensation factors, motivation factors, and also work discipline factors, from these factors we can see the company's productivity, because employee performance will be directly proportional to company productivity, if employee performance increases then company productivity also increases, on the contrary, if employee performance decreases then company productivity also decreases. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of compensation, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Zulu Alpha Papa. This research method using qualitative methods with the number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents who weredistributed randomly to employees of the PT. Zap head office. Sampling technique using saturated sample while data analysis using path analysis technique (Path Model) which is supported by SmartPLS software version 3.0. Based on this study, the results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between compensation and employee performance, there was a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance, there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance, compensation, motivation, work discipline simultaneously had a positive influence. and significant to employee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Work Motivation, Work Dicipline and Employee Performance. Kinerja karyawan merupakan suatu penentu dari kemajuan atau kemunduran suatu perusahaan, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beberpa faktor antara lain adalah faktor kompensasi, faktor motivasi dan juga faktor disiplin kerja, dari faktor-faktor tersebut kita dapat melihat produktivitas perusahaan, dikarenakan kinerja karyawan akan berbanding lurus dengan produktivitas perusahaan, bila kinerja karyawan meningkat maka produktivitas perusahaan pun ikut meningkat, sebaliknya bila kinerja karyawan menurun maka produktivitas perusahaan juga ikut menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Zulu Alpha Papa. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 responden yang dibagikan secara random kepada karyawan head Office PT.Zap. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sedangkan analisis datamenggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path Model) yang didukung dengan sofeware SmartPLS versi 3.0. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh hasil terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan atarakompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi dengan kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi, motivasi, disiplin kerja secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.
