Abstract
This study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work dicipline and compensation on employee performance of PT Inspirasi Kuliner Indonesia Kantor Pusat Tangerang. The object of this research is employees who work at PT Inspirasi Kuliner Indonesia Tangerang Head Office. This research was conducted on 62 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. this research proves that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect employee performance. Work dicipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Dicipline, Compensation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi pada PT Inspirasi Kuliner Indonesia Kantor Pusat Tangerang. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Inspirasi Kuliner Indonesia Kantor Pusat Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 62 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan
