Abstract

This study focuses on the problem of how the investor relations strategy in using corporate websites to maintain reputation. This research method is a qualitative descriptive study. The case study approach aims to gain a general understanding of social reality from the perspective of participants. With research informants as many as 4 (four) people, researchers conducted data collection through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the strategic planning carried out by investor relations at PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk in an effort to fulfill information disclosure through corporate websites, gave a positive impact on the company's reputation in the public eye. The investor relations strategy plays a role in establishing good relationships by providing information related to information disclosure through corporate websites to investors informally. Investor relations at PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk in its performance focuses on internal communication and external communication. As a corporate communication media, corporate websites have advantages when compared to other media, especially in terms of exposing information disclosure. The strategy carried out by investor relations at PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk in describing information disclosure to maintain reputation is greatly helped by the existence of a corporate website.
