Abstract
The main objective of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and work motivation on employee engagement at BPJS Health headquarters using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data in the study were obtained from 175 BPJS Health employee respondents. Data analysis in this study use alternative methods of structural equation modeling (SEM) which is partial least square (PLS). The second phase examines the relationship between organizational culture, job satisfaction, and work motivation on employee engagement. The results of this study stated that the variables of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Employee Engagement. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap employee engagement pegawai pada kantor pusat BPJS Kesehatan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 175 responden pegawai BPJS Kesehatan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap employee engagement. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement.
