Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance mediated by the work environment. The number of respondents involved in this study were 50 respondents, all respondents were employees of the Metro Jaya Police Human Resources Bureau.This study uses a quantitative approach. The data in this study are primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The collected research data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with the help of the Smartpls program.Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was found that Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment have a positive effect on performance, Work Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive effect on the Work Environment, Work environment can mediate the indirect effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on performance. The results of the analysis in the study also showed that 81.5% of the work environment conditions in the agency were influenced by work motivation and employee work discipline and 87.8% of the variance in employee performance was influenced by work motivation, work discipline and the work environment that was folded in the agency. Keywords: work motivation, work discipline, work environment, performance, Partial Least Square Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja ppegawai dengan dimediasi oleh lingkungan kerja. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50 responden, seluruh responden merupakan Pegawai di Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Polda Metro Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan program Smartpls.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa Motivasi Kerja, Displin Kerja dan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Lingkungan Kerja, Lingkungan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa 81,5% kondisi lingkungan kerja di instansi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja pegawai dan 87,8% variansi kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang tercipat di instansi tersebut.
