Abstract

This study is attempted to analyze and examine the influence of learning system, service quality, student satisfaction and its implications towards word of mouth. Students Computer Science of Global Class were taken as respondents. Path analysis was employed to analyze the data assisted by SPSS 24.0 software. Using a census method, the total respondents of computer science students are obtained. The result shows that all variables are provide positive and significant influence on variable of word of mouth. Thus, it is suggested that if the university want to improve the positive WoM from students, it has to pay attention to the dimension of learning media in the variable of learning system and take more consideration on dimension of assurance found in the variable of service quality. In addition to that, further studies are advised to analyze other variables which are indicated to be relevant to student satisfaction and word of mouth. Other studies conducted on other programs in Global Class such as International Business Management are also encouraged also more variables or dimension can be added to increase the value of determinant coefficients. Keywords: Learning System, Service Quality, Student Satisfaction, Word of Mouth Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh sistem pembelajaran, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan mahasiswa dan implikasinya terhadap word of mouth. Mahasiswa Computer Science Global Class dari Universitas Bina Nusantara merupakan responden dalam penelitian ini. Metode peneltian menggunakan analysis Path dibantu dengan SPSS 24.0. Dengan menggunakan metode sensus, total responden menggunakan semua mahasiswa Computer Science Global Class. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel word of mouth, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan demikian, disarankan bahwa jika universitas ingin meningkatkan WoM yang positif dari siswa, dapat memperhatikan dimensi media pembelajaran dalam variabel sistem pembelajaran dan dimensi jaminan yang ditemukan dalam variabel kualitas layanan. Selain itu, untuk penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan dapat menganalisis variabel lain yang diindikasikan relevan dengan kepuasan siswa dan WoM. Penelitian dapat dilakukan pada program lain di Global Class seperti jurusan IBM. Dapat juga ditambahkan lebih banyak variabel atau dimensi untuk meningkatkan nilai dari koefisien determinasi.
