Abstract
The development of technology and information in the world has been very rapid, especially in health agencies. One of the affected health agencies is the Joint Doctor Clinic. Management of clinical patients is one of the important aspects to realize effective and efficient services. In serving patients, the clinic conducts various operational activities that collect, store and process data which are all still done manually. As in the data collection of new patients who register at the clinic is still done by writing on paper, storing the patient's medical record data that is written makeshift on the ledger. So that it takes a long time to do the service to patients. The purpose of this study is to assist clinics in carrying out operational activities, therefore the authors will make an analysis and design of a web-based clinical system that can manage patient, officer and doctor data. Here the author uses one of the development methods, namely the waterfall method. The stages in the waterfall method include communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment. From the making of this design, it is able to carry out clinical operations in order to optimally melanin patients. Keywords: web, clinic, analysis, design, system, service Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi di dunia sudah sangat pesat, terutama dalam instansi kesehatan. Salah satu instansi kesehatan yang terkena dampaknya adalah Klinik Dokter Bersama. Pengelolaan pasien klinik adalah salah satu aspek penting untuk mewujudkan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien. Dalam melayani pasien, klinik tersebut melakukan berbagai kegiatan operasional yang banyak mengumpulkan, menyimpan dan memproses data yang semuanya masih dilakukan secara manual. Seperti pada bagian mendata pasien baru yang mendaftar di klinik masih dilakukan dengan cara ditulis pada kertas, penyimpanan data rekam medis pasien yang ditulis seadanya pada buku besar. Sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang relaltif lama dalam melakukan pelayanan terhadap pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu klinik dalam melakukan kegiatan operasional, maka dari itu penulis akan membuat suatu analisa dan perancangan sistem klinik berbasis web yang dapat mengelola data pasien, petugas dan dokter. Disini penulis menggunakan salah satu dari metode pengembangan, yaitu metode waterfall. Tahapan pada metode waterfall antara lain communication, planning, modeling, construction dan deployment. Dari pembuatan rancangan ini mampu untuk melakukan kegiatan operasional klinik agar dapat melanin pasien dengan optimal. Kata Kunci: web, klinik, analisa, perancangan, sistem, pelayanan
