Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1447 karyawan tetap PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 94 karyawan tetap, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Penilaian kinerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Kompensasi secara langsung berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penilaian Kinerja secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah Variabel kompensasi yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and performance evaluation on employee performance thru motivation as intervening variabel. Population in this research is 1447 permanent employees of PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk. The sample used is 94 permanent employees, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The method of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Statistical Product and Service Solutions. The study proves that compensation has significant effect on employee performance thru motivation as intervening variabel. Performance evaluation has significant effect on employee performance thru motivation as intervening variabel. Compensastion has directly significant affect to employee performance. Performance evaluation has directly affect to employee performance. Motivation has directly positive affect to employee performance. The most dominant variabel on influencing employee performance is compensation has significant effect on employee performance thru motivation as intervening variabel.
