Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dimediasi reward. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Alam Sutera. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 40 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan sampel jenuh.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Reward dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Reward. Kata Kunci: Beban kerja, Kepimpinan, Reward, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, leadership on employee work satisfaction with mediated reward. Population in this research is 40 employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Alam Sutera. The sample used is 40 employees. The Methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The result of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significan effect on the reward and reward has a positive and significan effect on the employee work satisfaction.
