Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, dan Komunikasi Organisasi, terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan PT Ascon Indonesia Internasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT Ascon Indonesia Internasional yang berjumlah 46 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, dan Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Work Motivation, and Organizational Communications, towards Organizational Commitment at PT Ascon Indonesia Internasional. This study was conducted on all 46 employees at PT Ascon Indonesia Internasional using quantitative descriptive and analysis method that was used is statistic analytical in the form of structural equation modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study showed that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Communications has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment.
