Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Frontliner PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk kantor cabang Kebayoran Baru Jakarta. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 82 karyawan pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan transaksional, kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the influence of transactional leadership, job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee performance at Frontliner PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kebayoran Baru Jakarta branch office. The population of this study was 82 employees taking this sample using saturated samples. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study prove that transactional leadership has no significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not significantly influence employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
