Abstract

This study aims to analyze work discipline, workload, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor. The population in this study were employees of the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor with a total of 150 respondents. The sample used was 108 respondents. The sampling method uses the Slovin method.The data collection method uses the method of observation, questionnaire / questionnaire, and literature study. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Research shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not affect employee performance.. Keywords: Work discipline, work load, job satisfaction on the performance of the employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis disiplin kerja, beban kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor dengan jumlah 150 responden. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 108 responden. Metode penarikan sample menggunakan metode slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, angket/kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, beban kerja, kepuasan kerja,kinerja karyawan
