Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of competency, motivation, and influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of the One Stop Integrated Service Unit (UP PTSP) of West Jakarta Administrative City. This type of research is quantitative research with the sampling method used is simple random sampling. The population is all Civil Servants in UP PTSP West Jakarta Administrative City and by using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 138 civil servants. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that competency, motivation, and organizational culture together (simultaneous) significantly influence employee performance. Partially competence and motivation have an effect on and significant on employee performance, while organizational culture has an effect but not significantly on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that the leader can pay attention to and improve social competence by managing diversity and social empathy and paying attention to social needs by not discriminating between treatment and maintaining the cohesiveness of all employees in order to improve the performance of One Stop Integrated Service Unit (UP PTSP) of West Jakarta Administrative City . Keywords: competency, motivation, organizational culture, and employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (UP PTSP) Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Populasi adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil di UP PTSP Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat dan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin didapatkan sampel sebanyak 138 orang PNS. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan budaya organisasi berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan agar pimpinan dapat memperhatikan dan meningkatkan kompetensi social yaitu dengan mengelola keberagaman dan empati social serta memperhatikan kebutuhan social yaitu dengan tidak membeda-bedakan perlakuan dan menjaga kekompakan seluruh pegawai agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja UP PTSP Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat.
