Abstract
Research services to study and analyze training, motivation and compensation for employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Procurement Agency. This research method uses quantitative research with the type of causality research. The population in this study were all employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Procurement Agency for Goods / Services that accommodate 140 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method. Data collection method is done by questionnaire and interview. Data processing using SPSS Windows 25.0 software with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: (1) partially positive and significant training variables on the performance of employees of the Goods / Services Procurement Agency; (2) partial variables positive and significant motivation for employee performance (3) partial variables, positive and significant compensation for employee performance, Services. Keywords: training, motivation, compensation and performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pelayanan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Badan Pelayanan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang berjumlah 140 orang. Penarikan sampel deengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS Windows 25.0 dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) secara parsial variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pelayanan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa; (2) secara parsial variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pelayanan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa; (3) secara parsial variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pelayanan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa.
