Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and organizational climate on turnover intention through work satisfaction on sales employees of PT. XYZ distribution in West Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all sales employees of PT. XYZ distribution in West Jakarta. The sample used in this study uses a probability sampling technique which is by means of a simple random sampling method. Then the size of the sample used in this study were 279 sales employees. The data analysis method used in this study is path analysis with the help of SPSS version 25.0 The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational climate has a negative and significant influence on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress on turnover intention through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. And organizational climate towards turnover intention through job satisfaction has a positive and significant. Keywords : Job Stress, Organizational Climate, Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasa kerja pada karyawan sales PT. XYZ distribusi di Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan sales PT. XYZ distribusi di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling yang dengan cara pengambilan sampelnya yaitu metode simple random sampling. Maka besarnya sampel ang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 279 karyawan sales. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis path dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stress kerja memiliki pengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Stress kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dan iklim organisasi terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Iklim Organisasi, Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja
