Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of "Compensation, Workload and Work Environment on Turnover Intention at PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika. The research design used by the authors in this study uses causal research. In this study the population is the employees of PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika has 125 employees. While the sample in this study amounted to 125 employees using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) as Covariance based SEM. The results showed that (1) Compensation had a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (2) Workload had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, and (3) Work Environment had a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Suggestions submitted in this study so that PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika pays more attention to salary policies in accordance with workload and employee competencies. Keyword: Turnover Intention, Compensation, Workload, Work Environment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh “Kompensasi, Beban Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika”. Desain penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kausal. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah karyawan PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika sejumlah 125 karyawan. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 125 karyawan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai Covariance based SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (2) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, dan (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Saran yang diajukan pada penelitian ini agar PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika lebih memperhatikan kebijakan gaji yang diberikan sesuai dengan beban kerja dan kompetensi karyawan.
