Abstract

Motivation and discipline are directly related to employee performance. Job motivation and work discipline perceived directly by employees can reduce performance or improve employee performance. Employees who feel motivated and disciplined towards the work earned will have an impact on improving the performance of a company as a whole. The research was conducted at PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk West Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline as well as know which factors between the two are very influential on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research. Data obtained by using the koesioner. The results showed that the motivation of work and work discipline affect the performance of employees. Where from the results also can be seen that the discipline of work greater influence on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk West Jakarta. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance Motivasi dan disiplin sangat berkaitan langsung dengan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja yang dirasakan langsung oleh karyawan dapat menurunkan kinerja ataupun meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Karyawan yang merasakan termotivasi dan disiplin terhadap pekerjaan yang diperoleh akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja suatu perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja serta mengetahui faktor mana diantara keduanya yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan koesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dimana dari hasil tersebut juga dapat diketahui bahwa disiplin kerja lebih besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk Jakarta Barat. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
