Abstract

The development of information technology and Communication has brought enormous changes to the advancement of the world of learning communication. Internet presence allows communication to take place in cyberspace (Virtual). This is the beginning of the term Online learning (E-Learning). Online Media is utilized to disseminate information and communication room so that the process of information exchange is rapidly and wider and open. This research aims to determine the influence of the use of e-learning media "Morning BCA" as an educational media to the level of knowledge of employees on the quality of service. Research uses several concepts to support and become the basis and reference of several books, national journals, and past research. The concepts taken are organization communication, Public Relations, Social cognitive theory, Media effects and E-Learning. The results showed that based on the results of the test of use of E-Learning Media "Morning BCA" as an educational Media to employee knowledge level is the table value T at Alpha 0.05 (two tail) DF = n-2 = 46-22 = 44 is 2,015. While the calculated T value in the table 11,406. Meaning Thitung > This then Ha accepted and Ho rejected, thus shows there is a positive influence variable use of E-Learning Media "Morning BCA" to knowledge employees. If viewed from the impact, there are mass communication effects, namely: cognitive. The results showed that respondents experienced diverse effects, however, most of them have been cognitive because most of the respondents agreed that BCA e-learning learning made them want to apply what they got, to To his clients. Keywords: E-Learning, Education, knowledge Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan yang sangat besar bagi kemajuan dunia komunikasi pembelajaran. Kehadiran internet memungkinkan komunikasi berlangsung dalam dunia maya (Virtual). Inilah awal dari istilah belajar Online (E-Learning). Media Online dimanfaatkan untuk menyebarkan informasi dan ruang komunikasi sehinga proses pertukaran informasi semakin cepat luas dan terbuka. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media e-learning “morning BCA” sebagai media edukasi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan karyawan mengenai kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian menggunakan beberapa konsep untuk mendukung dan menjadi dasar dan referensi dari beberapa buku, jurnal nasional, dan penelitian terdahulu. Konsep yang diambil adalah Komunikasi Organisasi, Public Relations, Teori Kognitif Sosial, Efek Media dan E-Learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil pengujian Pengaruh Penggunaan Media E-Learning “Morning BCA” Sebagai Media Edukasi Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Karyawan adalah nilai tabel t pada alpha 0.05 (two tail) df=n-2=46-22=44 adalah 2.015. sedangkan nilai t hitung pada Tabel ditas sebesar uji t = 11.406. Berarti thitung > ttabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, dengan demikian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif variabel Penggunaan Media E-Learning “Morning BCA” terhadap Pengetahuan Karyawan. Jika dilihat dari dampaknya, ada efek komunikasi massa, yaitu : kognitif. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa responden mengalami efek yang beragam, namun, sebagian besar sudah sampai kognitif karena sebagaian besar responden setuju bahwa pembelajaran e-learning BCA membuat mereka ingin menerapkan apa yang mereka dapatkan, terhadap pelayanan kepada nasabahnya.
