Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand the variables that know service attributes and carrying capacity perception of satisfaction and their impact on re-visit intention to the Galunggung tourist area, Tasikmalaya district, West Java province. The instrument in this study used 133 respondents who were met by researchers in the Galunggung tourist area. The data collection technique using by non-probability sample technique, with sample selection using convenience sampling. Analysis data using descriptive analysis and path analysis data using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The object of this research is tourists who have visited the Galunggung tourist area, Tasikmalaya district. The results of the study show that the service attribute variable has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, carrying capacity perception has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on re-visit Intention, service attributes have no significant effect on re-visit intention, carrying capacity perception has a positive and significant effect on re-visit intention. Thus, the manager of the Galunggung tourist area should continue to improve in strengthening visitor satisfaction through service attributes and carrying capacity perception visiting the Galunggung tourist area. This will be able to influence the good attraction of the Galunggung tourist area in the mind of tourists so that it can attract tourists and to return to the Galunggung tourist area. And attract investors to invest their funds in the Galunggung tourist area. Keyword : Service Attributes, Carrying Capacity Perception, Satisfaction, Re-visit Intention. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami variabel yang mengetahui atribut jasa dan carrying capacity perception terhadap kepuasan serta dampaknya terhadap minat berkunjung kembali ke kawasan wisata Galunggung, kabupaten Tasikmalaya propinsi Jawa Barat. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner 133 responden yang ditemui peneliti di kawasan wisata Galunggung. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik sample non-probability, dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) data menggunakan Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). Objek penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang telah berkunjung ke kawasan wisata Galunggung, kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel atribut jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, carrying capacity perception berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, kepuasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali, atribut Jasa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali, carrying capacity perception berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Dengan demikian, sebaiknya pengelola kawasan wisata Galunggung terus meningkatkan dalam memperkuat Kepuasan pengunjung melalui atribut jasa dan carrying capacity perception yang berkunjung ke kawasan wisata Galunggung. Hal tersebut akan mampu mempengaruhi daya tarik yang baik tentang kawasan wisata Galunggung dibenak wisatawan sehingga dapat menarik minat wisatawan dan untuk berkunjung kembali ke kawasan wisata Galunggung. Serta menarik minat invetor untuk menginvestasikan dananya di kawasan wisata Galunggung. Kata Kunci : Atribut Jasa, Carrying Capacity Perception, Kepuasan, Minat Berkunjung Kembali
