Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Self Efficacy, Assertiveness, and Self Esteem on Turnover Intention. The object of this research is a sample that is used as many as 60 employees of the production department who work at PT. Mahkota Sampurna. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Assertiveness does not affect Turnover Intention. Self Esteem has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Mahkota Sampurna. Keywords: Self Efficacy, Assertiveness, Self Esteem, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Self Efficacy, Assertiveness, dan Self Esteem terhadap Turnover Intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 60 karyawan bagian produksi yang bekerja di PT. Mahkota Sampurna. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Assertiveness tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention. Self Esteem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT. Mahkota Sampurna. Kata kunci : Self Efficacy, Assertiveness, Self Esteem, Turnover Intention.
