Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and its implications for the Performance of Employees of PT Sharprindo Dinamika Prima Tangerang with respondents who used 100 employees who work at PT Sharprindo Dinamika Prima, taking samples using Slovin design. processed using SmartPLS SEM Version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on Employee Performance, the results of this study simultaneously show Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously influence positive on employee performance Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior serta implikasinya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sharprindo Dinamika Prima Tangerang dengan responden yang digunakan 100 orang karyawan yang bekerja di PT Sharprindo Dinamika Prima, pengambilan sample dengan menggunakan desain pengambilan sampel Slovin. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SmartPLS SEM Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hasil penelitian ini secara simultan menunjukan Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior secara bersamasama berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kinerja Karyawanw
