Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of psychological work environment and workload on turnover intentions with job stress as an intervening variable for employees of PT EDI Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The objects of this research are 80 employees of PT EDI Indonesia. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool Smart-PLS. The results showed psychological work environment has negative and significant effect on job stress. Workload that has positive and significant effect on job stress. Psychological work environment has negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Workload has positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job Stress has positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Psychological Work Environment, Workload, Job Stress, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja psikis dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan PT. EDI Indonesia. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. EDI Indonesia sebanyak 80 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan lingkungan kerja psikis berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja.Lingkungan Kerja Psikis berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
