Abstract

The purpose of this study are : (1) to know the influence of communication, team cooperation and reward job satisfaction. (2) to know the variable that has dominant influence to job satisfaction. The data obtained in this study is the primary data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The results of this study proves that, (1) communication has a significant affect to job satisfaction. (2) Team cooperation doesn’t have a significant affect to job satisfaction. (3) Reward doesn’t have a significant affect to job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees of PT Elizabet 58 respondents were taken as samples. Method of data analysis which is used to test the quality of the data that include validity, realibility and hypothesis testing in the analysis of the structural equation model (SEM) using software SmartPLS 3.0 Keywords: Communication, Team cooperation, reward, job satisfaction Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, kerjasama tim dan reward terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) untuk mengetahui variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, (1) komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Kerjasama tim tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Reward tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Elizabeth sampel yang diambil sebanyak 58 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji kualitas data yaitu uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis model persamaan (SEM) dengan softwareSmartPLS 3.0 Kata kunci : komunikasi, kerjasama tim, reward, kepuasan kerja
